Henry Paulson is an Aries, a fire sign, like Ben Bernanke. Fire signs are good at hustling. They want you to do things that you will regret later. So they don’t want you to have time to think about it. That is why they want the US government to act now on the bailout.
Ben Bernanke is a Sagittarius, a fire sign, who is like Obama and Martha Stewart. Fire signs are generally selfish and not trust worthy. Sagittarius are especially so. Some of them are perpetual liars. They just love to lie.
Chris Dodd is a Gemini, an air sign. Air signs are the opposite of fire signs. They are generally more selfless and honest.

And since horoscope can only influence one’s personality, not his ideology, we can not rely on horoscope to decide who to support in politics.
John McCain is another example of how a politician’s ideology has greater impacts on him than his personality.
Obama’s rise has more to do with his ability to follow the rules without openly questioning them than his ability to challenge the status quo. This is typical of someone who belongs to a fire sign or a water sign. It takes someone who belongs to an earth sign or an air sign to challenge the status quo. For a lot of people, Obama’s rise symbolizes the triumph of the unprivileged. But he got where he is now not by challenging the Democratic Party establishment, but by becoming their favorite son. The only change he will bring is the change of party. A lot of people think the change of party is what is needed most right now. So Obama is all what they need. In fact, the two major parties are not so much different on critical issues such as foreign policies and monetary policies as they are on non-critical issues such as abortion rights.
They are complete opposite from the perspectives of both Western astrology and Chinese astrology. So although McCain has endorsed Bush on many issues, you can expect their presidencies to be very different.
With that said, I am not endorsing John McCain with this blog or this post. It is more important to check out what his basic principles are on important issues that concern you most.
McCain, who belongs to an earth sign, is a real ladies’man who like to pull surprises and is drawn to people of air signs. So from astrological perspective, his VP pick is not a surprise.
A real Ladies’ man is one who is drawn to women because of his respect for them, not one who disrespects women and wants to take advantage of them. He most likely belongs to an earth sign. He is very different from the kind of ladies’ men that Bill Clinton is.
As an earth sign, McCain does not like to follow conventional wisdom. So he just has to do things his own way.
Again, as an earth sign, McCain is drawn to an air sign.
By the way, both Bush and Obama have chosen VPs who are submissive to them from Western astrological point of view. Bill Clinton and Ronald Regan had chosen VPs who were their matches in Western horoscope. John McCain is different from all of the recent past presidents.
They are both Aquarius born in years that belong to the fourth trine (Rabbit, Pig, Goat).
Dick Cheney is an Aquarius vice president who is disliked by many. But that is because he is drawn to his president Bush because Bush is a Cancer, a water sign.
By the way, Sarah Palin will not be drawn to McCain, who belongs to an earth sign. It will be the other way around. McCain will be drawn to Sarah Palin.
